Wood Bros cleaned the edge of liner for LLSI. Wood Bros. <br />performed some general clean-up around the site. Wood Bros utilized the D6LGP to turn the saturated soils <br />along the edge of placement of operations soil to dry back. Wood Bros. had 4 laborers on site helping LLSI. <br />LLSI set-up and proof tested their equipment then started survey in the northwest corner of Module 1. <br />Results tomorrow <br />D&E installed and seamed geocomposite on the southem slope. D&E deployed a total of approximately <br />15,400ft2 of geocomposite. D&E opened up the area of liner that had water underneath. D&E removed and <br />replaced the GCL then repaired the liner. 0 <br />Vector Engineering, Inc. CQA observed panel deployment and seaming of geocomposite material. CQA <br />observed pumping of water from the sump area. The water in the sump was about about 10' in depth. CQA <br />observed and documented start-up, repair and vacuum testing of repairs made to the liner. GCL under the <br />water area was removed and replaced. Some residual moisture but not a significant amount was under the <br />liner when cut open. CQA observed Leak location set-up and start survey of liner system. <br />Vector discussed with Wood Bros operations material on the edge is wet and will need to dry back or be removed before scrapers can run on it. <br />Wood Bros will need to clean if any contaminated rock. <br />File Name: Foothill Landfill Prepared By: Frank Dell -Era Reviewed B <br />
