NOTES (Describe work completed during the day, any problems and their solutions): <br />Wood Brothers: 7 Man crew Surveyors group Inc: 2 Man crew <br />Wood Bros. continues to utilize 3- 631 scrapers to excavate 1' of foundation layer material for processing <br />about 250' off the north toe of slope in the middle of Module 1. Wood Bros continues to dry back the soil <br />then utilizes the 825 sheepsfoot compactor and scrapers to break the material up. Wood Brothers continued <br />to excavate unsuitable materials from Module 1 and haul to the stockpile west of Module 1. Wood Bros. <br />continues to check depth of excavation of the foundation layer utilizing a laser set -up on the floor. Brazil <br />Water maintained moisture in test pad areas and access roads. Wood Bros started ripping the southern slope <br />utilizing the D6. Wood Bros started clearing and grubbing the eastern slope utilizing the grader. <br />Surveyors group Inc, completed the 100' grid system on the floor of Module 1, set staking for LZ#1-LZ#4 <br />and set 20' off set staking for the hinge point around Module 1. <br />Vector Engineering, Inc. CQA observed excavation of unsuitable materials from the floor of Module 1. CQA <br />observed surveying of the floor in Module 1, checking of excavated depth utilizing a laser set-up. CQA <br />observed processing of proposed foundation layer material, CQA pulled evaluation / conformance samples. <br />CQA pulled a proctor curve, PI's and #200 wash from the processed area of proposed foundation material. <br />n <br />Vector discussed with Wood bros. will continue to excavate and process the foundation layer material today.
