SR-20 Reporting SB-20 requires extensive recordkeeping and reporting of all activities associated with the collection and recycling of electronics waste managed under this bill in order to adjust the statewide recovery and payment rates. This recordkeeping includes: • Revenues including up-front revenues received if fees are charged for collection and end- use revenues,such as commodity values; • Costs in relation to electronics recycling including the following • Cost of receiving, handling, processing, storing, transferring and transporting covered electronics waste(CEW's) • Cost of canceling CEW's • Labor • Property Taxes • Depreciation • Utilities • Supplies • Fuel • Insurance • Interest • General Overhead ,- • ' Facilities and equipment rent or lease • Maintenance • Transportation • Handling costs • Disposition costs • A reasonable rate of profit or return on investment • Marketing,promotion and public education. This information is required to be submitted to the CIWMB in an annual report each year. Onsite Electronics Recycling will maintain all records required and prepare and submit this report to the State. Customer Service One of the distinct advantages offered by Onsite Electronics Recycling is the customer service level of a small company with personnel experienced in working with County's in the management of municipal hazardous wastes. Janice Oldemeyer will be the primary contact for the County in the management of this Program. In addition to directly overseeing all personnel and the recycling activities,Ms. Oldemeyer will be easily available to the County as needed. Onsite Electronics Recycling believes the key to creating and sustaining a good program is regular and open communication with our clients.
