SR-20 Reporting <br /> SB-20 requires extensive recordkeeping and reporting of all activities associated with the <br /> collection and recycling of electronics waste managed under this bill in order to adjust the <br /> statewide recovery and payment rates. This recordkeeping includes: <br /> • Revenues including up-front revenues received if fees are charged for collection and end- <br /> use revenues,such as commodity values; <br /> • Costs in relation to electronics recycling including the following <br /> • Cost of receiving, handling, processing, storing, transferring and transporting covered <br /> electronics waste(CEW's) <br /> • Cost of canceling CEW's <br /> • Labor <br /> • Property Taxes <br /> • Depreciation <br /> • Utilities <br /> • Supplies <br /> • Fuel <br /> • Insurance <br /> • Interest <br /> • General Overhead <br /> ,- • ' Facilities and equipment rent or lease <br /> • Maintenance <br /> • Transportation <br /> • Handling costs <br /> • Disposition costs <br /> • A reasonable rate of profit or return on investment <br /> • Marketing,promotion and public education. <br /> This information is required to be submitted to the CIWMB in an annual report each year. <br /> Onsite Electronics Recycling will maintain all records required and prepare and submit this <br /> report to the State. <br /> Customer Service <br /> One of the distinct advantages offered by Onsite Electronics Recycling is the customer service <br /> level of a small company with personnel experienced in working with County's in the <br /> management of municipal hazardous wastes. Janice Oldemeyer will be the primary contact for <br /> the County in the management of this Program. In addition to directly overseeing all personnel <br /> and the recycling activities,Ms. Oldemeyer will be easily available to the County as needed. <br /> Onsite Electronics Recycling believes the key to creating and sustaining a good program is <br /> regular and open communication with our clients.
