.J <br />If the customer acknowledges possession of any prohibited waste, then <br />the customer is informed the facility will not accept the waste. <br />Incoming waste at FSL is continually monitored for prohibited waste thorough a <br />load checking program. One of the site staff acts as a load checker and visually <br />monitors the commercial and the residential unloading area for prohibited waste. <br />The load checker logs vehicle license plate number of customers unloading <br />waste (Exhibit 4). <br />Equipment operators are also informed to monitor for prohibited wastes while <br />moving waste. Load checker and equipment operators are equipped with two <br />way radios to alert the site Forman and other staff upon detection of prohibited <br />waste. <br />ZT-Al 011• • <br />A random load check is conducted each week day (Monday through Friday) <br />on a non transfer commercial hauler and a self hauler randomly. The <br />selected vehicle is routed next to the waste unloading area and the load is <br />unloaded and then spread by a dozer or compactor for visual inspection. <br />The load checker visually inspects for prohibited waste.
