SPECIFICATIONS <br /> Specifications shall include the Allied Waste, Inc. contract, General Terms and Conditions, <br /> Technical Specifications, and Plans as referenced below. <br /> B. PLANS OR DRAWINGS <br /> The Plans for this project are the "WMU FU-03 Composite Liner, Desilting Basin and WMU <br /> F-West Leachate Pond Construction Drawings" specifically prepared for this project and the <br /> referenced Standard Plans. <br /> 1.4 REFERENCE SPECIFICATIONS <br /> A. STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS <br /> The standard,specifications shall be considered as the State of California, Department of <br /> Transportation Standard Specifications (latest edition thereof), and all subsequent <br /> amendments, supplements and additions. <br /> B. ASTM SPECIFICATIONS <br /> The ASTM specifications shall be considered as the latest revised specifications or <br /> tentative specifications of American Society of Testing Materials as specified in either <br /> the General Terms and Conditions, General Provisions or Standard Specifications. <br /> C.
