B. Payment: <br /> 1. Payment for the items listed in Article 4.3.A shall be by their unit prices <br /> quoted in the Bid Form. The prices quoted shall include full compensation, <br /> except where noted, for furnishment and hauling the materials from <br /> excavated areas or offsite sources or retrieving the materials from <br /> stockpiles, and for placing the materials in their final locations, including <br /> all grading, shaping, preparing subgrade, mixing, moisture conditioning, <br /> compacting,hauling,unloading, and weighing, complete, in place. <br /> 2. Payment for providing imported granular drainage material and coarse <br /> gravel shall be by the unit price quoted on the Bid Form. The price quoted <br /> shall include full compensation for control testing, furnishing and <br /> transporting the materials to the placement location, temporary stockpiling, <br /> if required, protection from contamination, grading, shaping, compacting <br /> and placement in fills, complete, in place. <br /> 3. Payment for furnishing and installing the following items shall be by the <br /> lump sum price quoted in the Bid Form, complete, in place. <br /> a. Plywood Sheeting <br /> b. Bollards, Pipe Support, and Clamp <br /> C. Porous Suction Cup Lysimeter, including Protective PVC Piping <br /> d. Protective Vault Box <br /> C. General Earthfill in Sump <br /> 4. Separate payment shall not be made for the following items. All costs for <br /> such Work shall be considered incidental and included in the prices quoted <br /> for the applicable related items of Work. <br /> a. Dust control <br /> b. Protection of exposed surfaces <br /> C. Stockpiling of excavated materials <br /> d. Required rehandling of materials <br /> e. Moisture control <br /> f. Disposal of excess excavation <br /> g. Construction surveys <br /> h. Dewatering <br /> i. Compaction <br /> J. Vehicle Maintenance <br /> k. Scales and/or weighing fees <br /> 1. Grading and preparing access roads, stockpile, and borrow <br /> source <br /> M. Over building due to survey and equipment accuracy and <br /> tolerances <br /> n. Removal of existing termination berms and connection of <br /> existing and new liner and LCRS components, including <br /> collecting and transporting leachate to the onsite leachate pond <br /> o.
