He stated that they would <br /> be placing recycled baserock on the upper staging area to have an open space to stockpile granular drainage <br /> material. Ten(10)trucks are scheduled to deliver drain rock tomorrow. <br /> Observations were made at the northeast"V"ditch where the holes in the liner were cut. The water which <br /> had ponded under the liner has all but disappeared.
