The operations layer material was taken from the on site stockpile. Grading <br /> of the FU-03 cell floor began in the morning using the dozer fitted with a GPS. The crew left site at I:00pm <br /> 0 but one dozer operator remained to backfill the eastern termination edge of the cell and backfill the east and <br /> south anchor trenches of the leachate pond. <br /> GSE began deploying the geonet and 60 mil HDPE primary liner in the southeast comer and ramp of the <br /> leachate pond until completion by early afternoon. Five(5)panels were deployed, seamed and tested <br /> throughout the day. In the afternoon,patches were welded in the anchor trenches,the boot was constructed <br /> around the sump pipe and the cover was welded over the gravel log on the pond floor.
