The <br /> foreman stated that they would be placing the berms around the cell and grading the roads for the remainder <br /> of the week, depending on the weather. The dozers were utilized to grade the cell floor and were fitted with <br /> a GPS. He also stated that the surveyor is scheduled for Wednesday of this week to check the final grade of <br /> the cell floor. By the early afternoon, pouring rain stopped the workers but the cell floor operations layer <br /> had been completed.
