All three EW's were backfilled per plans. <br />Trenched 4" laterals from header to EW(s) F1.106-17, F1.108-04, FU08-03, and FU06-16; 6" X 4" Tees <br />were 2reviously installed. All wellhead assemblies were installed per plans. Tied 6" header into 18" <br />header per plan detail 1/6 sh. 6 of 6. Included 6" PVC butterfly valve and 6" flex hose. Plant was shut- <br />down prior to system tie in @ 5:00 P.M. and turned on @ 6:45 P.M. EW FU08-04 4" lateral was <br />installed with a 45 deg. riser for vertical alignment. All trenches were installed with 2" pipe risers, <br />as locator tape, and minimun sloe per plans. Drill crew preparred for demobilization and worked from <br />7:00 AM to 3:00 P.M. Pipe crew continously imported onsite backfill and off hauled trench spoils. <br />Graded site to match existing grades of site and backfilled all trenches. EW FU06-17 4" lateral covered <br />with 1.6' backfill in order to achieve design slope and tie in to 6" header Sta.0+00 to 0+40, extra cover <br />was placed to attain 2' agreed with Scott per Jeff. <br />By <br />Loren Rush <br />Resident Project Representative <br />
