Stage 1A Partial Final Closure February 2006 <br /> Forward Landfill Project No.021605.06 <br /> ® 6.0 POLYETHYLENE PIPE AND FITTINGS <br /> 6.9 Receiving Inspection <br /> Upon arrival by truck shipment, Vector's CQA Monitor performed the receiving <br /> inspection of the HDPE piping, which consisted of- <br /> 0 verifying that the pipe is the proper size and dimensions with the <br /> specified perforations; <br /> ® visually inspecting the pipe for any damage that may have <br /> occurred during transportation and handling; <br /> • verifying and documenting that storage of the pipe was in <br /> accordance with the project specifications; and <br /> verifying documentation required by the specifications was <br /> received. <br /> 6.2 Installation <br /> Vector's CQA Monitor observed that the pipe was installed at the locations <br /> specified in the construction drawings, and no damage occurred during the <br /> ® placement and backfill around and over the pipe.
