Construction <br /> 1. GSE continued deployment of 60-mil HDPE double-side textured on the east-central floor area, panels P- <br /> 114 through P-124. Area= 68,728 square feet. Total to date= 560,252 square feet. <br /> 2. GSE continued repairs and vacuum testing. <br /> 3. Vector Engineering, Inc. starts leak testing the HDPE liner in the SWC of the floor area. <br /> 4. Allied Waste starts refuse placement in the NWC of the Northern Portion. <br /> II. Testing <br /> 1. Monitored all activities; continued liner deployment, trial welds, seam/pressure testing and repair logs. <br /> 2. Removed and tested HDPE liner Destructive Samples DS-34 through DS-49.
