Construction <br /> 1. Gwinn completed placement of the Operations Layer soils down the west side of FU-06. The LCRS <br /> gravel, Filter Geotextile and Operations Layer soils were not tied-in to FU-05 in order to isolate the FU-06 <br /> module for Leak Testing by Vector Engineering, Inc. <br /> 2. Gwinn starts removal of the Temporary Berm at the south end of the Northern Portion of FU-06. <br /> 3. The 12 oz. Geotextile Cushion was placed under the primary LCRS riser pipe. <br /> II. Testing <br /> 1. Monitored activities. <br /> 2. Continued data entry: minor corrections to Proctor Data, etc. <br /> III.
