Construction 1. GSE completed minor repairs and all vacuum testing on the 60-mil HDPE liner deployed atop the 5:1 slope. GSE does miscellaneous clean-up and repaired a small hole in the primary liner above the sump. 2. GSE started and completed deployment of the 12 oz. Cushion Geotextile over 60-mil HDPE atop the 5:1 slope; approximately 37,680 ft . 3. GSE does miscellaneous clean-up and repaired a small hole in the primary liner above the sump 4. Gwinn started placement of 6" thick lift of Granular Drainage Material over Cushion Geotextile atop the 5:1 slope area. 5. Gwinn completed pushing the Operations Layer soils up the south slope. Il. Testing 1. Performed "Final Walk" with GSE over HDPE liner deployed atop the 5:1 slope; approval given to deploy 12 oz. Cushion Geotextile over HDPE liner here. 2. Exchanged copies of Subgrade Acceptance with GSE for liner atop the 5:1 slope, panels P-129 through P- 161, approximately 57,872 ft2. 3. Performed 3 FDT's in compacted Earthfill Soils placed for the east termination berm in the floor area. Tests SG-98, 99 and 100 all indicated passing results. III. Conversations • None listed.
