- Guinn backfilled'the east end portion of the anchor trench on 4:1 slope. - Guinn installed the leachate tanks. Comanco completed installation of the cushion geotextile on July 23rd and demobilized on same day. 3. Projected schedule: - Guinn will place granular drainage material on the north half of the cell floor and then place the 8 -oz filter geotextile over the drainage material. - Guinn will place operations soil over the filter geotextile to be completed by August Stn - Dipole leak location testing to begin on August 6th - Project completion is estimated to be August 19th 4. Field observations, problems, conflicts, and changes: -Guinn pointed out that the leachate tanks received from the manufacturer had the pipe stubs located too high on the tanks. Guinn will contact the manufacturer and have them place new stub outs at the correct elevation on the tanks. (7/30/13 meeting) - stub out were corrected and tank was installed 5. Issues which impede the construction schedule and corrective measures: - None 6. Review of submittals and RFI's: - No submittals or RFI's are outstanding. 7. Review of CQA activities: - GLA is observing Guinn's construction activities. GLA is conducting conformance testing on the drainage rock and observing placement. -GLA is observing placement of the filter geotextile. -GLA is observing the placement of the operations layer. 8. Health and safety/Environmental issues: - Guinn/GLA/Republic reported no health and safety issues for the week. - Guinn will continue to provide copies of the weekly tailgate safety meetings to the Forward front office who will make copies and email to Lochlin. - Republic provided copies of the previous health and safety meetings to GLA.
