Closure construction will begin with mobilization of <br /> equipment and materials. The type of equipment and required personnel expected to be <br /> utilized during closure construction includes, but is not limited to, the following: <br /> Equipment <br /> Scrapers <br /> Dozers <br /> Loaders <br /> Compactors <br /> Trucks <br /> — Soil Processing Equipment <br /> Motor Grader <br /> Water Truck <br /> Personnel <br /> — Construction Manager <br /> Field Inspector(s) <br /> Site Engineer(s) <br /> Geotechnical Engineer/Geologist <br /> Geotechnical Technician(s) <br /> Labor Crews <br /> Equipment Operators <br /> Surveyors <br /> Mechanics <br /> Construction Schedule <br /> The start of partial closure construction activities for the FL partial closure and maintenance <br /> areas will commence once refuse fill elevations in that area are achieved. Table 2 presents <br /> the anticipated closure construction period for the maximum extent of the refuse footprint, an <br /> approximate 187-acre closure area.
