-10 - <br />Regional Water Boards may require facility operators to <br />conduct additional SWPPP and Honi.toring Program and <br />reporting activities necessary to achieve compliance Gaith <br />this General Permit. <br />9, Regional Water Boards may approve requests from facility <br />operators whose facilities include co -located industrial <br />activities that are not contiguous within the facilities <br />(e.g., some military bases) to corr.ply with this General <br />Permit under a single NOI.
