Landfill Page 7 771e landfill operator shall restrict truck and equipment travel over loose, uncompacted, unpaved surfaces. 24 Forward 1993 (D5) A particulate/meteorological monitoring station should be installed on theproject site, preferably near the site bounday with one of the closer residential receptors. This monitoring station should be operational for a minimum of six months during the dry season (April -September) before landfill activity begins to intensify as a result ofproject implementation. Data should be collected daily during this baseline period, during the landfill's transition to higher project -related activity levels, and during the landfill's peak operational phases thereafter.
