According to the Operations
Manager, no surface water was discharged from the facility during the 2015 monitoring
year. With the exception of the first quarter 2015, the surface water stations were
reported dry/. Comparisons of the water quality data from upgradient (FSW-2) and
downgradient (FSW-1) surface water stations during the 2015 monitoring year indicates
similar concentrations and no VOCs were detected suggesting that landfill operations
are not impacting surface water quality.
M:\ 2015.0014\FA_4Q15.docx 16
1/29/2016, Rev. 0
