Geotechnical Technician(s) <br />Labor Crews <br />Equipment Operators <br />Surveyors <br />Mechanics <br />3.13.2 CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE <br />The AVSL closure construction schedule includes the following tasks conducted <br />over the corresponding time lines: <br />• Equipment Mobilization <br />2 weeks <br />• Interim/Foundation Layer Preliminary Grading <br />1-1/2 weeks <br />• Placement of Monolithic Cover Layer <br />8 weeks <br />• Drainage Control Systems Construction <br />5 weeks <br />• Survey/Settlement Monument Installation <br />1 week <br />• French Drain Leachate Seep Collector Installation <br />2 weeks <br />• Landfill Gas Control System Protection/Reinstallation <br />9 weeks <br />• Erosion Control Installation <br />2 weeks <br />• Demobilization <br />1 week <br />As shown on Table 5 closure construction will occur over a 12 -week period <br />assuming there are no delays due to weather and/or equipment/personnel <br />downtime. <br />3.13.3 CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT <br />A construction management team will be on-site during the entire period of <br />construction. The team will be under the direction of a construction manager, <br />who will be responsible for supervision of construction of the various features <br />included in the closure plan. The construction manager will coordinate the <br />activities of the on-site contractor(s) and will provide liaison among the design <br />engineers and the contractors. Other key staff may include a site engineer and <br />construction inspector(s).
