The Engineer's submittal review period shall be 10 consecutive working days in <br />length and shall commence on the first work day immediately following the date <br />of arrival of the submittal or resubmittal in the Engineer's office. The time <br />required to mail the submittal or resubmittal back to the Contractor shall not be <br />considered a part of the submittal review period. <br />G. The Engineer's review of drawings and data submitted by the Contractor will <br />cover only general conformity to the Drawings and Specifications, external <br />connections, and dimensions which affect the layout. The Engineer's review does <br />not indicate a thorough review of all dimensions, quantities, and details of the <br />material, equipment, device or item shown. The Engineer's review of submittals <br />shall not relieve the contractor from responsibility for errors, omissions, or <br />deviations, nor responsibility for compliance with the contract documents. <br />1.06 PRODUCT DATA <br />A. Product Data: Product Data shall include materials lists, catalogs, brochures, <br />performance and technical data, characteristics, certifications and like information <br />to fully describe the products covered by the submittal. <br />1.- For each item listed, include the manufacturer's name and address, the <br />trade or brand name, all conditions of manufacturer's guarantee and <br />warranty, information to fully describe . each item, and supplementary <br />information as may be required for approval. Mark cuts, brochures, and <br />data to indicate the items proposed and the intended use. <br />B. Equipment Data: Submit complete technical, performance, and catalog information <br />for items of mechanical and electrical equipment and machinery proposed for <br />installation in the Work. Include information on performance and operating curves, <br />ratings, capacities, characteristics, power efficiencies, manufacturers' standard <br />guarantees and warranties with the terms and conditions fully described, and all <br />other information to fully illustrate and describe the items as may be specified or <br />required for approval. <br />1.07 SHOP DRAWINGS <br />A. The Contractor shall submit shop drawings in conformance with Subsection <br />1.05 above. <br />B. Five (5) copies of each drawing and necessary data shall be submitted to <br />the Engineer.
