The County (or designee) will document the meeting in written minutes, which shall be filed and <br /> maintained as Project Documents. Copies of the minutes and other relevant documents will be <br /> provided to the attendees within three working days after the preconstruction meeting. <br /> 2.1.2 Progress Meetings <br /> Informal progress meetings will be held daily at the start of each work shift. At a minimum, the <br /> CQA Monitor and Contractor (or their designees) will attend this meeting. Under ordinary <br /> circumstances, progress meetings shall be combined or coordinated with "tailgate" safety <br /> meetings. The purposes of progress meetings are, in an abbreviated form,to: <br /> ® Remind workers of site and daily-specific safe work practices <br /> ® Discuss and resolve outstanding problems or disputes <br /> Review test data <br /> o Discuss the contractor's personnel and equipment assignments for the day <br /> ® Review the previous day's activities and accomplishments <br /> The CQA Monitor (or designee) will document the meeting in written minutes, which shall be <br /> filed and maintained as Project Documents. Copies of the minutes and other relevant documents <br /> will be provided to the attendees within one working day after the meeting. <br /> 2.1.3 Weekly Meeting <br /> Weekly meetings shall be held at a regularly scheduled time established by the County. At a <br /> minimum, the CQA Engineer, CQA Monitor, and Contractor (or their designees) shall attend. <br /> Other parties may attend at the County's invitation. Weekly meetings will be held to discuss <br /> progress, problems, construction schedule, changes, test data, and other relevant issues. The <br /> tCQA Monitor will document the meeting in written minutes, which shall be filed and maintained <br /> as Project Documents. Copies of the minutes and other relevant documents will be provided to <br /> the attendees within one working day after the meeting. <br /> 2.1.4 Other Meetings <br /> Special meetings will be held as needed to discuss problems or nonconforrnances. At a <br /> minimum, special meetings will be attended by the County, CQA Manger, CQA Engineer, CQA <br /> Monitor, and Contractor, or their designees. If the problem requires a design modification and <br /> subsequent change order, the Design Engineer(or designee) shall also attend.
