If hazardous or other unacceptable are detected, <br />the operator's site personnel will immediately cordon off the <br />designated area. The operator will immediately notify the <br />Deputy Director of Public Works or the Solid Waste Manager who <br />will be responsible for assessment, clean-up, transport, and <br />disposal of the prohibited wastes. The hazardous waste will <br />be removed by an approved hazardous waste hauler. The <br />incident and response will be recorded in the log of Special <br />Occurrences. <br />I. Anticipated changes in design and operation in the next 5 <br />years are to initiate a recycling program. Submit and <br />implement a performance standards plan to the local <br />enforcement agency. <br />J. HOURS OF OPERATION <br />7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday - 5 days a week <br />Saturdays during the Leaf Season of November - February <br />2. The agreement between the City of Stockton and the <br />facility operator. <br />e. Expanded Initial Study IS 43-90 - French Camp landfill. <br />f. Verification monitoring program and the Report of Waste <br />Discharge dated June 1990. <br />3. The following findings according to PRC 5000.5, 5000 and <br />a. The landfill is consistent with the Stockton City General <br />Plan. <br />b. The permit is consistent with standards adopted by the <br />California Integrated Waste Management Board. <br />c.
