Mitigation Monitoring Plan for the Negative Declaration dated June 26, <br /> 1993. <br /> h. Preliminary Closure and Postclosure Plan dated June, 1994. <br /> 3. San Joaquin County, Environmental Health Division has made the following <br /> findings in accordance to PR 50000.5, and 50000: <br /> a. The landfill is consistent with the Stockton City General Plan. <br /> b. The facility is consistent with the County Solid Waste Management Plan <br /> dated March, 1986. <br /> 4. The design and operation of the facility is in compliance with state minimum <br /> standards for solid waste handling and disposal as determined by the Local <br /> Enforcement Agency (LEA) on July 20, 1994. <br /> 2 <br />
