5. The facility shall be in compliance with flammable clearance provisions as <br /> required by the Stockton City Fire Department. <br /> 6. The Notice of Determination for this permit shall be subject to all applicable <br /> mitigation measures which are identified in the Negative Declaration as adopted <br /> by the City of Stockton Community Development Department. This complies <br /> with Section 21108 and/or 21152 of the Public Resources Code. The negative <br /> declaration (SCH 9002096) was adopted by the City of Stockton on June 24, <br /> 1991. <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> 1 . The facility must comply with state minimum standards for solid waste <br /> handling and disposal. <br /> 2. This facility must comply with all federal, state, and local requirements and <br /> enactments including all mitigation measures given in any certified <br /> environmental document filed pursuant to PRC, Section 21081 .6. <br /> 3. Any additional information concerning this facility must be provided as required <br /> by the LEA. <br /> 4. The LEA at its discretion may require a landfill gas monitoring program and/or <br /> landfill gas control system. <br /> 5.
