The photo <br /> should include a board on which the above data is recorded, and an object of known size. <br /> A photographic journal of the project should be kept. <br /> All field records shall be collected and logged into the project file. <br /> Variances from and nonconformance with standard approved field procedures and plans <br /> shall be documented in a Variance Log (see Appendix C) and Nonconformance Report. <br /> Variances will be subject to approval by the Project Manager for the County and the <br /> Engineer. Variances are usually a change in line or grade from the accepted plan, that is <br /> within design requirements. The main purpose of the variance report is to provide <br /> information so that the final drawings-of-record can reflect the variance. The <br /> Nonconformance Report should state the nature of the nonconformance and the action to <br /> be taken to attain conformance with the design criteria. <br /> FINAL RECORD DRAWINGS <br /> Appropriate documentation will be retained in the Kleinfelder central project file. Final <br /> record drawings will be compiled by the Engineer using field, laboratory and construction <br /> } <br /> documents. The record drawings will record the locations, dimensions and orientation of <br /> landfill cover features.
