Mr. Dell was project engineer involved in slope stability and seepage <br /> analysis, as well as supervising construction monitoring and testing. <br /> o San Joaquin County Human Services Building, Stockton, California <br /> Mr. Dell was project engineer for geotechnical investigation for this five-story <br /> concrete building in downtown Stockton. Due to loads and soil conditions, drilled <br /> shafts were required for foundations. <br /> o Downtown Stockton Parking Garage, Stockton, California <br /> Mr. Dell was project engineer responsible for geotechnical investigation and <br /> observations and testing during construction of four-story parking garage with <br /> concrete post-tensioned floor slabs. Due to presence of an old slough beneath part <br /> of the site, deep drilled shafts were required. <br /> o Discovery Bay, Byron, California <br /> Mr. Dell has been involved as project engineer with the construction of the most <br /> recent phase at Discovery Bay involving the grading of approximately 1.6 million <br /> cubic yards of soil. Mr. Dell also performed a geotechnical investigation for the <br /> proposed next phase.
