At <br /> Kleinfelder, his responsibilities have included project management and engineering for <br /> numerous disposal site projects requiring permitting, designs, construction, and land use and <br /> closure planning. Example projects include development and permitting of an ash disposal <br /> facility; site design and liner construction for a municipal solid waste sanitary landfill; permit <br /> updates and closure plans for an inactive autoshredder waste landfill; completion of a landfill <br /> water quality SWAT, site assessment, and closure plan for an asbestos disposal facility; and <br /> preliminary design and permitting for a transfer station expansion. As the past engineer for the <br /> San Joaquin County Solid Waste Division, he managed all county solid waste engineering <br /> projects under supervision of the county solid waste manager. This included project and <br /> regulatory compliance work for three municipal solid waste landfills, one municipal solid waste <br /> transfer station, and site development of a proposed Class III landfill. These responsibilities <br /> involved writing comprehensive engineering reports, planning solid waste facility management <br /> and construction, and contracting and reviewing engineering consultant work. <br /> 1989 - Present Senior Project Engineer, Kleinfelder, Inc. <br /> Duties include engineering of solid waste facilities and remediation <br /> designs. Responsibilities include preparation of design plans and <br /> specifications, solid waste facility permitting documents, engineering <br /> supervision, and project management.
