B. Demobilization shall include: <br /> 1. Removing from the landfill site and work areas all equipment, tools, <br /> surplus materials, supplies, waste container and debris generated by the <br /> work. <br /> Work shall be considered complete when all construction materials, <br /> debris, and equipment are removed from the site, and boring locations <br /> are left clean in condition. <br /> 1.06 SUBMITTALS <br /> A. Method of drilling, whether by mud-rotary, air-rotary, hollow stem auger, <br /> or other. Identify if drive casings will be used. Identify bentonite particle <br /> size. <br /> B. Submit C-57 license verification prior to commencing work. <br /> C. Submit complete detailed well logs after well installation. <br /> D. Submit completed State of California Department of Water Resources <br /> Well Completion Report within five workings days after the completion <br /> of the project. <br /> PART 2 PRODUCTS <br /> 2.01 WELL CASING <br /> The well casing shall be schedule 40, flush-threaded polyvinylchloride <br /> (PVC). <br /> 2.02 WELL SCREEN <br /> The well screen shall be schedule 40, flush-threaded. <br /> 2.03 SAND PACK <br /> The sand pack material shall be free of debris or organic impurities. <br /> 2.04 BENTONITE SEAL <br /> The bentonite seal shall consist of sodium montmorillonite clay.
