As you know <br />from your discussions with Tim, we are and have been ready to <br />proceed with grading and other activities at the site and had <br />planned to undertake those activities previously. We <br />understand your preference is for Cove first to submit an <br />engineered grading plan and obtain your input and approval of <br />the grading plan.
