On behalf of Cove, we have carefully <br />reviewed the applicable law, regulations, policies and <br />engineering requirements. We have set forth in detail Cove's <br />responses, which permit us now to conclude authoritatively that <br />Cove's existing permit is in full compliance with these <br />requirements. <br />Cove can now lawfully proceed to conclude its Water <br />Board review and renew its operations.
