The traffic flow plan for the facility is <br />shown on Figure 7. <br />3.3 STATION IMPROVEMENTS <br />3.3.1 ROADS <br />In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17409.1 all roads and driveways at the site are <br />designed and constructed to withstand daily loading and minimize the generation of <br />dust. Pot -holes in the paved surfaces are repaired promptly with a similar material. <br />The surface of the paved areas are conducive to regular thorough cleaning <br />conducted as part of the station's cleaning and housekeeping procedures discussed <br />in Section 3.1.2.1 and 3.1.2.3. <br />3.3.2 SANITARY FACILITIES <br />In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17409.2, sanitary facilities are available for <br />both station personnel and the public at the CVWSMRF/TS. Sanitary facilities <br />are provided just outside the maintenance shop, office, transfer station, MRF and <br />administration building. <br />3.3.3 SIGNS <br />In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17409.4(b), identification signs are posted at <br />the point of access to the station at Turner Road. Additional signage describing <br />traffic flow, prohibited materials and cautions are also prominently posted. An entry <br />sign is posted at all gate entrances. Various signs are posted at entrance gates 3 and <br />4 on the south side of the scale building. These signs are large enough to be visible <br />and clearly read by vehicle drivers entering the site.
