3.3.2 SANITARY FACILITIES <br />In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17409.2, sanitary facilities are <br />available for both station personnel and the public at the <br />CVWSMRF/TS. Sanitary facilities are provided just outside the <br />maintenance shop, office, transfer station, MRF and administration <br />building. <br />3.3.3 SIGNS <br />In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17409.4(b), identification signs are <br />posted at the point of access to the station at Turner Road. Additional <br />signage describing traffic flow, prohibited materials and cautions are also <br />prominently posted. An entry sign is posted at all gate entrances. Various <br />signs are posted at entrance gates 3 and 4 on the south side of the scale <br />building. These signs are large enough to be visible and clearly read by <br />vehicle drivers entering the site. Entry signs provide the following <br />information: <br />• Delivery hours <br />• Acceptable materials <br />• Non -acceptable materials <br />• Emergency phone numbers <br />• Public dumping rate <br />• Transfer station dump fees <br />In addition, other information such as speed limits, the location of all <br />tipping and parking areas and the allowable direction of traffic flow are <br />clearly posted. <br />3.3.4 PARKING <br />In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17409.6, adequate off-street parking <br />areas are provided. Three separate parking areas are available at the <br />CVVVSMRF CVWS for employees, visitors and equipment.
