parking spaces for administrative personnel and visitors. Disabled and van <br />accessible spaces are also provided in the visitors parking area. The second <br />parking lot is GGrnpFised of two separate paFking areas whiGh are located to <br />the east of the Seale heuse and to the s ;",north of the maintenance shop <br />area. These two parking areas and provide apd-additional 68 parking spaces <br />for facility employees. The third parking lot is located to the east and south of <br />the shop and provides a eximately--68-parking spaces for collection trucks <br />and heavy equipment. The location of these parking lots are identified on the <br />Site Plan (Figure 2). <br />3.3.5 COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT <br />In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17415.1, adequate <br />communication equipment is available to site personnel to allow <br />response to emergencies. Facility managers, supervisors and <br />equipment operators are equipped with cell phones and portable <br />radios to communicate with each other. Managers have offices on site <br />which are furnished with telephones to be used for internal and <br />external communications. Scale and gate house operators also have <br />access to portable radios and telephones which will permit <br />communication to the Plant Manager and the main office. <br />3.3.6 FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT <br />In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17415.2 fire suppression <br />equipment is continuously available at the CVWSMR4TS. Fire <br />hydrants and hoses are available at several locations on site. The <br />exact location of fire hydrants can be seen on the Site Plan (see Figure <br />2). All areas of the premises and each piece of equipment has a fire <br />extinguisher. Fire fighting equipment is available and can readily be <br />accessed. The facility is under the protection of the City of Lodi and <br />the Lodi Fire Department is available, if needed. <br />3.3.7 LIGHTING <br />In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17416.2, lighting is available at <br />the CVWSMRF/TS.
