Weber Ave. , Stockton, California <br /> Local Enforcement Agency: San Joaquin Co. Environmental Health <br /> Inspection Date: March 18, 1987 <br /> Inspected By: Jack W. Miller <br /> Board staff person Jack Miller conducted the second of three <br /> facility inpsections of the subject transfer station on March 18, <br /> 1987. Mr. Miller met with Jim and Bob Ronyak, Site Owners, and <br /> also spoke with Gary Lions, Site Foreman, during the inspection. <br /> The weather was clear and warm with a slight breeze from the <br /> north west. <br /> Violations of State -Minimum Standards are documented below. <br /> Indeterminate findings are also outlined. In addition, areas of <br /> concern are noted as well as corrective measures implemented <br /> since the previous inspection. <br /> VIOLATIONS <br /> Violations of the following California Administrative Code (CAC) <br /> Sections were documented during the inspection: <br /> 17485 - Visual Screening <br /> The west perimeter of the site was not visually screened from the <br /> house across the street which had a direct view into the station. <br /> Althought the operators had put up some screening along this <br /> perimeter since the problem was identified by the first <br /> inspectior, the problem has not been totally rectified (Slides <br /> 19, 20, 21, 22) . <br />
