Sewage treatment services are provided at the City's
Regional Wastewater Control Facility (RWCF) located on Navy Drive in Stockton. The
proposed project site is currently served by a six-inch sewer line beneath Weber
Avenue, with six-inch connector lines through the project site beneath E and F Streets.
Water service in the project area is provided by the California Water Service Company
(CalWater). An existing eight-inch CalWater main is located within East Weber Avenue
from Filbert Street to F Street. An existing six-inch line extends through the project site
beneath F Street. Another existing six-inch line extends beneath E Street, near the
western boundary of the project site.
Storm water drainage service for the project site is provided by the City of Stockton. A
storm drainage line varying in size from 15 to 18 inches diameter is located within East
Weber Avenue along the southern boundary of the project site. Storm drainage flows
westward.
The City's franchise hauler provides solid waste collection services in Stockton. For the
project site, Stockton Scavenger provides collection service. Solid waste is disposed of
at existing private landfill facilities.
Electrical, telephone, and cable television lines are located in the project vicinity. The
state-regulated utilities operating these lines can extend these lines, if necessary. Since
the project proposes to consolidate two recycling facilities, there would be no net impact
on demand for these utilities.
121339/ST011 R226 3-63 October 14, 2011
Copyright 2011 Kleinfelder
