Existing open space on the project site consists of paved land used for
storage and a parking lot.
There are no known sensitive plant or animal species or site-specific habitat for these
species located on the project site. The site is not suitable for foraging use by
Swainson's hawks and/or other species. There are no oak trees on the site.
The project site is located within the coverage area of the San Joaquin County Multi-
Species Open Space and Habitat Conservation Plan (SJMSCP). As urbanized land,
the site is designated by the SJMSCP as Exempt and is located in a Category A No Pay
Zone.
121339/STO11 R226 3-25 October 14, 2011
Copyright 2011 Kleinfelder
