Conflict with the provisions of an adopted habitat conservation plan, <br /> natural community conservation plan, or other approved local, <br /> regional, or state habitat conservation plan? <br /> NARRATIVE DISCUSSION <br /> Environmental Setting <br /> The project site consists of developed industrial properties. There is no existing <br /> vegetation on-site, with the exception of landscaping along the frontage of Weber <br /> Avenue. Existing open space on the project site consists of paved land used for <br /> storage and a parking lot. <br /> There are no known sensitive plant or animal species or site-specific habitat for these <br /> species located on the project site. The site is not suitable for foraging use by <br /> Swainson's hawks and/or other species. There are no oak trees on the site. <br /> The project site is located within the coverage area of the San Joaquin County Multi- <br /> Species Open Space and Habitat Conservation Plan (SJMSCP).
