E <br />jr=. <br />SERVICES <br />7-1 <br />rJazard Communication Prograiv; <br />Information provided to the outside contractor(s) includes potential health hazards, appropriate <br />precautionary measures, and the availability and location of the Material Safety Data Sheets. <br />All outside contractors who use hazardous chemicals while performing work on Republic <br />Services property are required to furnish copies of appropriate MSDS sheets to their designated <br />Republic Services contact prior to using the chemicals at this site. The Republic Services contact <br />will inform those people who may be affected by chemicals or products containing chemicals <br />used by outside contractors. <br />Kevin Basso and Ruben Ramirez are responsible for enforcement of the Hazard Communication <br />Program. Anyone who directs someone to violate, or has knowledge of a violation, and takes no <br />corrective action will receive appropriate disciplinary action. <br />All personnel are responsible for following the procedures in this program. Personnel found in <br />violation of this program will be subject to disciplinary action explained in the Republic Services <br />Employee Handbook <br />Page 7 of 9 <br />V 2009 Republic Services Hazard Communication program <br />
