The following list of agencies and documents condition <br /> the operation and use of this facility: <br /> a. Report of Station Information dated August, 1989. <br /> b. Land Use Permit #2239 issued June 7, 1962 . <br /> 3. The following findings are required: <br /> a. The station is consistent with the San Joaquin <br /> County General Plan. <br /> b. The station is consistent with standards adopted by <br /> the California Integrated Waste Management Board. <br /> 4. The design and operation of the facility is in compliance <br /> with state minimum standards for solid waste handling and <br /> disposal as determined by the Local Enforcement Agency on <br /> January 10, 1990. <br /> Conditions: REQUIREMENTS <br /> 1. The facility must comply with state minimum standards for <br /> solid waste handling and disposal. <br /> 2. This facility must comply with all federal, state, and <br /> local requirements and enactments. <br /> 3. Any additional information concerning the design and <br /> operation of this facility must be provided as required <br /> by the Local Enforcement Agency. <br /> PROHIBITIONS <br /> a.
