Environmental Health <br /> Inspection Date: February 26, 1987 <br /> Inspected By: Jack W. Miller <br /> Accompanied By: Ken Belcher <br /> Board staff person Jack Miller conducted the second of three <br /> facility inpsections of the subject transfer station on February <br /> 26, 1987. Mr. Miller met with Mr. Ken Belcher, Site Supervisor, <br /> at and also spoke with Mr. Lomas, Site Foreman, during the <br /> inspection. The weather was clear and warm with a slight breeze <br /> from the north west. <br /> Violations of State Minimum Standards are documented below. <br /> Indeterminate findings are also outlined. The site was found in <br /> complinace with all other applicable standards. In addition, <br /> areas of concern are noted as well as corrective measures <br /> implemented since the previous inspection. <br /> VIOLATIONS <br /> Violations of the following California Administrative Code (CAC) <br /> Sections were documented during the inspection: <br /> 17462 - EM of �Special occurrences <br /> A log of special occurrences was available at site gatehouse. <br /> However, it was merely a record of personnel absentees and other <br /> personnel problems. CAC Section requires that the log contain <br /> information regarding fires, injury and property damage accidents, <br /> explosions, incidents regarding hazardous waste, flooding, and <br /> other unusual occurrences. <br />
