SCH # 92092072 : raft EIR 1 <br /> Lovelace Transfer Station Expansion Project <br /> Page 6 <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> In accordance with 14 CCR 7, 3 . 6; Transfer/Processing Station <br /> Standards, the owner or operator of a processing station such as <br /> Lovelace shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of the local <br /> enforcement agency and the Board that the activities and <br /> operation of the facility will follow recognized methods and <br /> operate in a manner consistent with reducing environmental <br /> impacts with the potential to threaten public health and safety <br /> and the environment. <br /> It would be helpful if the information requested be included in <br /> the Final "EIR, and that adequate time for- subsequent review and <br /> possible additional comment on the Final EIR be provided.
