"Record Keeping" moved from <br />3e44 1.9 Record Keeping Section 3.4 (found on page 7 of <br />0 new document) <br />In accordance with 14 CCR, Section 17414, all records are maintained at the LTS main <br />administration for a period of at least three years. In addition, the operator will notify the LEA by <br />telephone within 24 hours of all incidents requiring the implementation of emergency procedures. <br />11 <br />"Weight and Volume <br />Records" moved from <br />3.4.1 1.9.1 Weight and Volume Records Section 3.4.1 (found on page <br />7 of new document) <br />The weights of Commercial disposal vehicles and selected self haul disposal trucks and cubic yard <br />volumes for self haul users are recorded by source, material type and tonnage and entered into a <br />computer data base. The weight quantities for incoming waste is compared to weight of outbound <br />transfers to obtain a conversion factor for the cubic yards records (the balance.) Records of each <br />transaction facilitated by the truck scale computer include the origin of waste. <br />Records of monthly quantities of recyclable materials received, sold and inventoried are also <br />recorded. The data is used to compile County annual waste quantity reports. <br />Records are kept at the Office and Maintenance Building, and copies are retained in the Solid <br />Waste Administrative Offices. <br />"Special Occurrences" moved <br />3.4.2 1.9.2 Special Occurrences from Section 3.4.2 (found on <br />page 7 of new document) <br />Operating personnel report any special occurrences, which may include: fire, injury, property <br />damage, explosions, hazardous waste incidents, flooding, and other unusual occurrences. Special <br />occurrences are reported to the facility supervisors, who report the incident to the Solid Waste Site <br />Manager who reports as necessary to the Operations Manager. <br />Special occurrences are recorded in the Special Occurrences Log, including the date, time, and a <br />detailed explanation of the incident.
