A copy of the State Inspection Report is enclosed. A <br /> copy has also been mailed to the operator. <br /> The facility was evaluated for compliance with applicable sections of Division <br /> 30 of the PRC; Title 14, California Code of Regulations (CCR), Chapter 3 - <br /> State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal, <br /> and Chapter 5 -Enforcement of Solid Waste Standards and Administration of <br /> Solid Waste Facilities Permits. <br /> The face lity was observed to be in excellent condition. No violations or areas <br /> concern were observed.
