Potentially Significant Impact: Project operations may result in an adverse impact to artificial water <br /> carrying structures, in particular the Banta-Carbona Irrigation Canal. <br /> Finding: <br /> Changes or alterations have been required in, or incorporated into, the project which avoid or <br /> substantially lessen the significant environmental effect as identified in the Final EIR. <br /> Statement of Fact: <br /> This impact will be reduced by the following: <br /> • Erosion control measures shall be implemented as detailed above to minimize soil loss <br /> and sedimentation during construction. <br /> • Unpaved roads and working surfaces shall be watered frequently to minimize dust. <br />
