CHRONOLOGY <br /> Ernie's General Store <br /> 4407 Waterloo Road <br /> Stockton, CA 95215 <br /> 01/05/99 Three underground storage tanks (UST), one 12,000 gallon and two 10,000 <br /> gallon, were removed this date under permit and inspection by the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department (EHD). Soil samples were collected <br /> from beneath the tanks and the laboratory analytical results reported petroleum <br /> hydrocarbon contamination. <br /> 03/09/01 Unauthorized Release Report #01-U05 and Notification of Hazardous Waste <br /> Discharge Report (Prop-65) #01-011 submitted this date. <br /> 03/27/01 Notice of Responsibility and Site Letter sent this date to the Responsible Party, <br /> Ernest Giannecchini. <br /> 09/05/01 Five soil borings, B-1 through B-5 were installed beginning this date. See <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc.'s (AGE) Preliminary Investigation and <br /> Evaluation Report dated October 26, 2001. <br /> 07/30/03 Four groundwater monitoring wells (MW-1 through MW-4) were installed <br /> beginning this date. See AGE's 3rd Quarter 2003 Monitoring Well Installation and <br /> Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Report dated October 31, 2003. <br /> 11/22/06 Two cone penetrometor test (CPT) borings were installed beginning this date. <br /> See AGE's Additional Site Assessment and Soil Vapor Extraction Pilot Test <br /> Report dated January 27, 2007. <br /> 12/12/06 Six vapor extraction wells (VW-1 through VW-6), three shallow and three deep, <br /> and one groundwater monitoring well (MW-5) were installed beginning this date. <br /> See the above referenced January 27, 2007 report. <br /> 12/26/06 A soil vapor extraction (SVE) pilot test was conducted starting this date, see the <br /> above referenced January 27, 2007 report. <br /> 05/24/07 The EHD approved AGE's Interim Soil Remediation Work Plan dated <br /> May 10, 2007 which recommended SVE to remediate the soil contamination. <br /> 07/03/07 The EHD notified the responsible party that the deadline to initiate the approved <br /> SVE remediation was August 20, 2007. <br /> 10/19/07 AGE notified the EHD by email that they were waiting on PG&E for power to <br /> operate the SVE system. <br /> 04/03/08 The EHD was notified by AGE that PG&E wants to install a transformer at the <br /> site to operate the SVE system. <br />
