The description in the Work Plan of how a grab water sample will
be collected from the proposed soil boring is ambiguous; will it be collected with a
hydropunch sampling tool, or is the proposal to use a temporary well casing placed
through the drilling augers? The addendum is due for submittal no later than
August 11, 2006.
If you have any questions please call Lori Duncan at (209) 468-0337.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Department
Lori Duncan, Senior REHS Nuel C.
