• 16 June The highest concentrations of TPH-g and BTEX compounds were detected In the
sample collected from well EW-2 at 210,000 µg/1 TPH-g, 25,000 gg/l benzene, 37,000µg/1
toluene, 3,700 µg/1 ethyl benzene and 22,000 µg/1 xylenes MTBE concentrations ranged
between 9,300 µg/l (EW-3) and 64,000 µg/1 (EW-2)
• 21 July The highest concentrations of TPH-g and BTEX compounds were detected In the
sample collected from well EW-2 at 310,000 gg/l TPH-g, 15,000 µg/1 benzene, 20,000µg/1
toluene, 1,400 gg/1 ethyl benzene and 14,000 gg/l xylenes MTBE concentrations ranged
well EW-2,at 242,000 gg/l The highest BTEX compounds were detected from wells EW-1
and EW-2, at 14,000 µg/1 benzene (EW-1), 28,000gg/l toluene (EW-1), 2,600 µg/1 ethyl
benzene (EW-2) and 18,000 gg/l xylenes (EW-2) MTBE concentrations ranged between
2,300 gg/l (EW-1) and 108,000 µg/1 (EW-2)
• 29 September The highest concentrations of TPH-g and BTEX compounds were detected
in the sample collected from well EW-1 at 420,000 µg/l TPH-g, 21,000 gg/l benzene,
27,000µg/1 toluene, 1,700 gg/l ethyl benzene and 150,000 µg/1 xylenes MTBE
• concentrations ranged between 3,800 gg/l (EW-1) and 120,000 gg/l (EW-2)
• 27 October Well EW-1 was not sampled this month The highest concentrations of TPH-g
and BTEX compounds were detected In the sample collected from well EW-2 at
220,000µg/l TPH-g, 16,000µg/1 benzene,26,000µg/l toluene,2,400µg/1 ethyl benzene and
• 17 November Well EW-1 was not sampled this month The highest concentrations of TPH-g
and BTEX compounds were detected In the sample collected from well EW-2 at
170,000µg/1 TPH-g,24,000µg/1 benzene,52,000µg/1 toluene,5,000µg/1 ethyl benzene and
29,000 gg/l xylenes MTBE concentrations ranged between 2,800 µg/1 (EW-3) and
37,000 gg/l (EW-2)
• 18 December Only a composite influent sample was collected, from the manifold pipeline
leading to the holding tank TPH-g was detected at 83,000 µg/l, benzene at 9,000 gg/l,
toluene at 20,000µg/1, ethyl benzene at 3,500 µg/1 and xylenes at 19,000 µg/1 MTBE was
detected at 24,000 gg/l
None of the contaminants of concern were detected in any of the effluent ground water treatment
samples Analytical results of pump and treat water samples are summarized in Tables 1, laboratory
reports are provided In Appendix C
