Wilson Way, Stockton, CA. <br /> After two consecutive QMRs (1St and 2nd QMR —1999) have been submitted to PHS-EHD that <br /> indicate that this "drowned-screen" interval is present, U-Haul is directed to submit a work <br /> plan to install the additional monitoring wells next to every monitoring well with a <br /> drowned-screen. <br /> Prior to evaluating leaking UST sites for the need for soil and/or groundwater remediation or <br /> accepting a request for"No Further Action", the site must have the soil and groundwater plumes <br /> delineated in both the vertical and lateral extents. The soil contamination at this site is not <br /> vertically defined. In addition to the current depth to groundwater investigation required for this <br /> site, an investigation to define the vertical extent of the soil contamination is also required. <br /> During Fall 1991, San Joaquin County experienced a `drought" condition. Sites that had USTs <br /> operating at this time <br /> required <br /> Fl odtControl hasthe <br /> recorded the depthrelease <br /> theimpacted <br /> fi first grroundwateothr inls <br /> depth. San JoaquinCounty <br /> 1991 at this site at 90 feet below ground surface (` bgs). <br /> A complete cross-section of the soil lithology and petroleum concentration from the surface to <br /> 90' bgs is required for this site.
