Any future proposal or report will utilize the "Regional Board Staff Recommendations For Initial Evaluation and Investigation of Underground Tanks" and "Appendix A" reporting format. The LUFT Manual will also be utilized as a guidance document. Furthermore, I (We) understand that the Local UST Oversight Program will evaluate our mitigation activities on the site(s) in question for the purpose of closure certification and that the program is a cost recovery program. We understand that all costs in excess of the $10,000 already expended on assessing and remediating this site will be paid for or reimbursed by the Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund. We further understand that in placing our site on the Local UST Oversight Program that San Joaquin County Public Health Services, signature and title date Environmental Health Division is certifying that we are eligible for UST Cleanup and monie e are unafte to certify in advance to the truthfullness and correctness of information and recommendations contained in reports prepared by others containing technical geologic data and conclusions. If we were able to assertdin the correctness of this information, presumably we would not be required to engage the services of an appropriately registered or certified professional. Al
