Kennedy/Jenks Consultants <br /> (8) Emergency medical treatment and first aid <br /> (9) Emergency alerting and response procedures <br /> (10) Personal protective equipment and emergency equipment <br /> (1 1) Procedure for reporting incidents <br /> (12) Site map <br /> For informational purposes only, this plan may be provided to subcontractors of K/J <br /> involved in activities at 102 S Wilson Way, Stockton, interested regulatory agencies, or <br /> others However, entities and personnel other than K/J shall be solely responsible for their <br /> own health and safety and shall independently assess onsite conditions and develop their <br /> own health and safety protocols Entities or personnel that anticipate using health and <br /> safety measures which are less stringent than K/J's measures should immediately contact <br /> the KIJ Site Safety Officer (SSO) <br /> K/J has developed a corporate health and safety program (Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, <br /> Industrial Services Branch, Corporate Health and Safety Program, Revised July 1991) The <br /> corporate program complies with current health and safety regulations, including OSHA 29 <br /> CFR 1910 120, Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Many of the <br /> protocols of the corporate program are conducted on a routine basis (general training, <br /> respirator fat testing, general medical record keeping, etc ) and are not repeated herein. <br /> The corporate program is available to K/J employees Questions regarding the corporate <br /> program are referred to the K/J Regional Safety Supervisor, the Assistant Corporate ISG <br /> Safety Manager, or the Industrial Services Group Manager identified herein <br /> A copy of the Site Safety and Health Plan along with any addenda containing activity <br /> specific health and safety information will be kept in a conspicuous location at all times <br /> while work is being conducted <br /> 2.0 KEY HEALTH AND SAFETY PERSONNEL <br /> The K/J SSO is Sachi Itagaki In the absence of the SSO during field activities, a member <br /> of the field investigation team will be designated as the K/J Field Site Safety Officer <br /> (FSSO) The SSO or FSSO is responsible for the following <br /> • Observing field activities for compliance with this Site Health and Safety <br /> Plan, applicable addenda, and K/J's Corporate Health and Safety Program <br /> • Maintaining the onsite medical surveillance, if required, and emergency <br /> medical treatment programs, and assisting in onsite emergencies. <br /> a Modifying health and safety protocols or terminating field work when <br /> unsafe work conditions exist <br /> 51 mptM&SPien 2 910557 00 <br />
